KCC Harassment and Discrimination
KCC Policies
Harassment and Discrimination
Adopted June 17, 2001
In accordance with our mission of supporting practitioners in their process
of spiritual awakening, KCC is committed to a vision of sustaining an
environment of dedication, integrity, warmth and good humor where all
members of the Sangha feel connected and mutually supported. The KCC Board of
Directors hereby states that it is KCC's policy that any kind of sexual harassment
directed towards anyone or discrimination against a member of a minority or protected group is
contrary to this vision. Any persons who feel they have been victims of harassment
or discrimination by an officer, employee, or teacher at KCC are invited to
express their grievance to the Board of Directors, in accordance with the
Grievance Policy adopted by the Board on June 17, 2001.
