These guidelines are meant to promote safety and to temper KCC's potential liability in the event of an accident

  1. Except in emergencies, only approved drivers may drive the vehicles.
  2. No one without a valid driver's license will be permitted to drive the vehicles -even if the vehicles won't be leaving KCC's property.

  4. Non-primary drivers will need the approval of the Land Operations Manager or other responsible person (as authorized by an officer of KCC) to drive the vehicles. A non-primary driver will need to show a valid driver's license, provide a 10 year driving record, and sign the form stating that they have an active insurance policy - no one without insurance will be allowed to use the vehicles.
  5. Drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
