Zhinay, also called Shamatha in Sanskrit, or “calm abiding,” is a basic sitting meditation that develops stable attention and provides the basis for investigating more subtle aspects of awareness. It is the foundation of spiritual practice at KCC.

Join us for Zhinay practice every Sunday evening.  You may join us via Live Streaming 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm — Zhinay meditation, with brief instruction
  • 7:45pm - 8:30pm — Question and answer session
