Explore traditional Buddhist concepts: Karma, Four Noble Truths, Nature of the Mind. Relevancy of Buddhism to
contemporary life and issues. Mediation instructions and optional "homework" exercises. For all levels.

Buddhism: Persecpective on Death and Dying
Look at inevitability of death as a means to learn to live more intentionally. Investigate aversion to death and effects on daily life,
antidotes to fear of death and attachment to your own life and lives of loved ones.

Heading South on Interstate 5
Take Exit 295 (Capitol Highway)
At end of exit, turn right onto Taylor's Ferry Rd.
Turn right onto Capitol Highway at four-way stop sign.
Take Capitol Highway (which becomes SW 49th) past five traffic lights to the Sylvania Campus on the right.

Heading North on Interstate 5
Take Exit 294 (Barbur Blvd.)
At end of exit, turn right onto SW 60th.
Follow 60th around the bend to a stop sign.
Turn right onto Lesser Rd.
Campus entrance is approximately 1/2 mile on the left.
