2011 Tonglen Retreat Recordings

This directory contains the recordings from the 2011 Tonglen Retreat held October 22-24, 2011 at the Cloud Mountain retreat center in southwest Washington. It was led by Lama Michael Conklin with Julia King Tamang.

 

  • To play a recording, click on its filename.
  • To download a recording w/o playing it, in Windows "right-click" on its filename and choose "Save Link As..." or the equivalent from the menu that pops up. (On a MAC, "ctrl-click" is usually equivalent to a "right-click" in Windows. Sometimes it might be "option-click".)
  • Silent meditation periods have been edited to 5 minutes. Please feel free to extend these periods.
