The retreat project at Ser Chö Ösel Ling wouldn’t exist without the tendrel of thousands of people and their actions over the course of literally decades. More than 500 people have given money to the project. Hundreds more volunteers have donated thousands of hours of volunteer work. Some supporters aren’t even Buddhists, and some are the masters of the Kagyu Lineage. Some gave thousands of dollars, others gave just a few. Some have done long retreats, some aspire to do long retreat, and some just want to make it possible for others to do long retreat. Thanks to the involvement of all these people, buildings are rising and retreats are beginning. But there is still work to be done to complete the project and ensure its long-term success. How will you join this web of interconnection?
Please support the SCOL Retreat Project. Other ways to provide financial support. Thank You!

The idea of “interconnection”—tendrel in Tibetan—is central to the practice of Buddhism. Nothing exists exclusively on its own; we all depend on the interconnections around us for our very existence.
